Volunteer Clearances
In order to volunteer as a head coach, coach or assistant coach, or if you are an adult 18 years or older, volunteering for an unpaid position / responsible for the welfare of a child / having direct contact with children - you are required to complete the following Pennsylvania clearances and trainings. Head Coaches, Coaches and Assistant Coaches
The EYPSA Risk Management and Concussion Training are require for Head Coach, Coach, and Assistant Coach positions.
Please complete the EPYSA Risk Management if you are volunteering as a Head Coach, Coach, or Assistant Coach.
Please complete the concussion training and upload the certificate to your coaching account.
Adult Volunteers 18 and older, Head Coaches, Coaches, Assistant Coaches
If you are an adult 18 years or older volunteering for an unpaid position, responsible for the welfare of a child, having direct contact with children, you are required to complete the following Pennsylvania clearances and trainings:
Please complete the PA Child Abuse History Clearance and upload the clearance to your account.
Please complete the PA State Police Criminal Records Check (free) and upload the certificate to your coaching account.
ONLY COMPLETE IF NOT A PA RESIDENT FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS. Please complete the FBI Background Check and upload the certificate to your coaching account.
